We are now looking for summer substitutes in the elderly department for the municipality's short-term and special accommodations. YOUR TASKS

As a summer substitute in special housing or short-term accommodation, you will assist the residents in their daily lives. Your tasks may include support with personal hygiene, meals, cleaning, social interaction, and activities. You will work based on clear implementation plans and perform medical interventions through delegation. This means that a nurse will give you the mandate and instructions to handle, for example, medication, so that the right person receives the right help at the right time. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to create a safe, stimulating, and meaningful daily life for those you are here for. All accommodations are located in the town of Flen.

Working hours vary and include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO:

• Have good computer skills and have worked with digital tools
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLY:

• More than 1 year of experience in care work.
• Assistant nurse education, caregiver education, or similar.
• Experience in similar work that the employer deems relevant.

Interviews for summer substitutes will take place in the form of group interviews, where you will have the opportunity to meet the employer and get more information about the different operations.
